Major Intersections: Main Street S. & Park Ave OR Main Street S. & Church St. We are located just on the north of Maple Ave.

Is Lily Thai part of a franchise?

Lily Thai is a privately owned restaurant. We are not affiliated with other locations with the same or similar names.

What time does Lily Thai open?

Our restaurant is open daily for dine-in, takeout, delivery, and catering. Our hours can be found on the homepage or contact page.

Do we take reservations?

Yes, we do! Please give us a call with a detailed list of the following:

  • Your Name
  • Number of People
  • Date and Time
  • Preferred seating (indoor or outdoor)

If you need to cancel a reservation or change the time, please give us a call.

*Note: Limited seating availability during Fridays and Saturdays. We kindly encourage guests to call ahead of time to reserve a table during weekends.

I’m allergic to certain foods/ingredients. What should I do?

Please give us a call or let your server know about your allergies. We will let you know if we can prepare your dish without your allergens. While we make every effort to prevent cross contamination in these kitchens, we cannot guarantee that any food item we make is 100% FREE of any specific allergen.

For customers with serious allergies, particularly NUT/EGG/SHELLFISH and gluten allergies who may react to a trace of an allergen, it is important to recognize that even with this level of control there may still be traces of allergens present in the food from airborne contamination and in that case may not be suitable for to eat.

Do we offer delivery?

We are available for delivery through Uber Eats and Skip The Dishes. Unfortunately, our restaurant does not offer personal delivery services.

Can I book group events?

Yes, we accommodate group events (10+)! Please give us a call with a detailed list of the following:

  • Full Name
  • Number of People
  • Date and Time
  • Type of Event
  • Food allergies/sensitivities, restrictions, or special dietaries (e.g. allergic to peanuts, gluten-free, etc.)

If you are unable to provide a list, no worries! We can discuss this over the phone to accommodate your needs. Please note that due to COVID-19 guidelines, we kindly encourage guests to prioritize social distancing during the event to help us limit the spread of the virus.

How do I get 10% off my takeout order?

Customers can receive a 10% discount from their takeout order by paying with cash. This offer is only available for pick-up only. However, this discount does not apply to Family Dinner Specials, Lunch Combos, Uber Eats, or Skip the Dishes.

What is the average wait time for takeout orders?

During off-peak hours, takeout is estimated to be ready within 15-20 minutes after the order is placed, depending on the number of items on the list. During rush hours (12pm-1pm & 5pm-7pm), it can take up to 35-45 minutes for an order to be prepared.

*Note: Takeout orders with more items may require additional time.

Do we offer catering?

Yes, we do! You can find our Party Tray Menu here. Please note that all Party Tray orders require a 50% deposit fee, and will need to be booked in advance.

Is there a kids menu?

Unfortunately, we do not have a kids menu. However, we have many popular items that kids love, such as Satay Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Lemon Chicken, Crispy Beef, Chow Mein Noodles, and Chinese-style Fried Rice.

Where can I park?

We have limited parking spots available at the back of our restaurant. Please do not park your vehicle on our driveway as it is a fire route. If our parking lot is full, there are designated parking areas available along Main St. Park Ave, and Church St.

Do I have to wear my mask at the table?

No, customers are not required to wear a mask or facial covering when sitting at their table(s). Masks only have to be worn when customers are walking around the restaurant and/or patio. This includes entering and exiting our premises, heading to the bathroom, walking back to their table(s), and waiting for takeout.

Can we bring our own wine (BYOW)? Is there a fee?

Yes, customers are welcome to bring their own wine and enjoy it with their meal. There is a $10 fee for uncorking a wine bottle.
